"As an artist, I have long admired the beautiful illustrations that adorn Victorian postcards. I love how they radiate the joy of the holidays produced during the golden age of postcards and I have been inspired to capture the gorgeous portrayals depicted in those beautiful images. The faces and hands on my figures are hand sculpted, and they are carefully designed to recreate nostalgic images. These one-of-a-kind figures are approximately five feet tall. The clothing is hand crafted to illustrate the look of days gone by. I have adorned my figures with beloved antique or reproduction toys or items created by me to look authentic. My treasures have been created to capture the magic and generosity of those earlier times".
